We recently stayed at Golden Cross Holiday Park and had a fantastic time. The accommodation was large, clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us, even late at night. The facilities within the lodge were fantastic, and we appreciated the extra touches like having coffee, tea, and milk provided. The improved WIFI was a definite plus as well.

During our Easter getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received at this holiday park. The lodges were clean, tidy, and aesthetically appealing. We felt safe and secure within the gated enclosure and enjoyed having our own individual parking space. The spaciousness of the lodges was definitely a plus, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Additionally, the inclusion of a hot tub was a welcome bonus, allowing us to indulge in some much-needed relaxation after a day of exploring.

While we had an overall positive experience, there were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the hot water supply in the lodges was inadequate.

Our Xmas stay was absolutely wonderful! The cottages were spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The kitchen equipment was of good quality, which made cooking a pleasure. We also loved the fact that the park was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. the communication with the staff was excellent, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the bed mattresses were quite uncomfortable, causing some discomfort.

The Lodge at Golden Cross Holiday Park was perfect for a nature enthusiast like me. The hot tub was fantastic, and the convenient parking right outside our door made it even more enjoyable. The fridge in the room was great for our picnic, and there was plenty of space to get dressed up for our outing to Glyndebourne. The location was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly relax. Plus, being just a short drive away from local beauty spots and country houses made it an ideal base for exploring.

I had a fantastic experience at a holiday park in the area. The staff, especially Jo, were extremely helpful and friendly. The lodge was beautifully furnished and well-maintained, with lots of information about the local area. The location was easy to find, just off the A22, and the facilities were modern and clean. The hot tub was a real treat, and the beds were comfortable. it felt like a home away from home, with extra touches like fresh milk in the fridge. I would definitely consider returning to this lodge in the future.

Spacious, modern lodge. Spotless accommodation with pure white cotton linen towels. Dressing room and en-suite in main bedroom. Helpful and lovely staff. Hot tub was a fantastic addition.

I recently stayed at a fabulous lodge in Hailsham for a couple of nights. The location was central to many nearby places, making it convenient for exploring. Despite being on a major bus route, the noise from the road was minimal. The lodge itself had beautiful decor, with perfect bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the hot tub was simply perfect. The lodge also had well-kept gardens and decking areas for relaxing.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The communication with the staff was excellent and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and beautiful coastal walks. We also enjoyed the private and well-maintained outside areas, including the hot tub, which was a lovely bonus.

The bed in the honeymoon cottage was extremely uncomfortable, causing us pain and discomfort throughout the night. We also noticed a lack of crockery and cutlery in the property, and the dinner plates were too small.
